Gateway to Innes National Park
Marion Bay
A small coastal settlement at the gateway to Innes National Park.
Marion Bay is a small holiday settlement at the south-western tip of Yorke Peninsula, immediately east of Innes National Park. Once a gypsum-shipping port, it is now a quiet base for anglers, surfers and walkers exploring the rugged coastline. The town has a sheltered swimming beach, a jetty and a tavern, and serves as the eastern access point for the wild beaches, surf breaks and historic sites within the national park.
