Pondalowie Bay

Legendary surf break and crayfishing cove in Innes.

A renowned surf break and sheltered crayfishing bay within Innes National Park, ringed by dunes and a popular campground.

Pondalowie Bay is the surfing heart of Innes National Park, a horseshoe of white sand backed by towering dunes and a small crayfishing fleet moored offshore. Its left and right breaks draw experienced surfers, while the sheltered northern end is calm enough for swimming and snorkelling. A walk-in campground and boardwalk over the dunes make it a favourite overnight spot for surfers and nature lovers alike.
