Gleesons Landing
Beachfront camping and a popular surf and fishing spot.
A laid-back west-coast camping reserve with a sandy beach, surf break and excellent shore fishing.
Gleesons Landing is a much-loved beachfront camping reserve on the rugged west coast, where you can pitch a tent metres from the sand. The bay has a sandy beach with a beach and reef break that suits a range of surfers, and the rocks and gutters fish well for salmon, whiting and snapper. Simple and unpowered, it captures the back-to-basics spirit of a Yorke Peninsula coastal holiday.
