A sweeping west-coast beach known for its beginner-friendly beach break, dunes and great fishing.
Berry Bay is a long, sandy west-coast beach that offers some of the more forgiving surf on the lower peninsula, making it popular with beginners and longboarders alongside the more serious reef breaks nearby. Backed by dunes and scrub, it is also a favourite for beach fishing, with salmon and mullet running close to shore. The bay is quiet and undeveloped, perfect for a long walk or an evening cast.
